Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- available to work various shifts and weekends
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to use hands to handle objects
- ability to bend and stoop
- ability to verbally communicate
- must be able to work in compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements if applicable
- ability to taste and smell
- ability to use close and distance vision
- ability to safely access all restaurant areas
- willingness to follow CDC, local, and state safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred
- college and/or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise employees in accordance with company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work

- occasionally assist with category job duties
- assist with building store sales and executing marketing programs

- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure OSHA, health, and safety compliance
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness
- control cash, review financial reports and schedules
- control food costs by following recipes and inventory management
- control labor costs through scheduling and sales monitoring
- perform all other duties as assigned
