Job Requirements

  • Must have leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English
  • Spanish communication skills are extremely helpful
  • Ability to apply common sense and understand instructions
  • Ability to mathematically compute change and settle checks
  • Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures
  • Must complete Twin Peaks manager training program
  • Must complete required food and alcohol service certifications
  • Ability to stand for up to 10 hours
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to work in a loud and sometimes smoky environment

Job Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants or bars
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Spanish communication skills preferred
  • Ability to apply common sense and understand simple and multi-step instructions
  • Ability to handle cash accurately
  • Strong coaching and motivational skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to manage and develop a diverse team
  • Completion of Twin Peaks manager training program
  • Certifications in food and alcohol service as required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Follow proper Twin Peaks Girl Audition Guidelines
  • Uphold standards of cleanliness per Health Code and Quality Assurance Checks
  • Ensure alcohol is served responsibly and legally
  • Drive sales through excellent operations, local marketing, and recruiting
  • Hold kitchen staff accountable to standards, safety, and sanitation
  • Handle cash responsibly including drawer assignments, employee checkouts, and bank deposits
  • Address allegations of discrimination or harassment in accordance with policy
  • Maintain a work atmosphere free of intimidation, discrimination, harassment, poor attitude, or work performance
  • Coach, teach, motivate, and counsel team members including kitchen and Twin Peaks Girls
  • Recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls meeting Audition Guidelines
  • Ensure Steps of Service and P.E.A.K.S. service standards are followed
  • Hold team members accountable to Image and Costume Guidelines
  • Maintain training schedules, programs, and materials
  • Execute training and development and personal growth programs
  • Manage Performance Based Scheduling
  • Practice sound inventory control
  • Dress and act professionally daily to set a good example
