Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts and weekends
- compliance with state mandated requirements for alcohol service where applicable
- physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach, handle, bend, stoop
- good verbal communication skills
- ability to use close and distance vision
- ability to access all restaurant areas
- adherence to safety and sanitation procedures according to CDC and local guidelines
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work

- build store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests, resolving food quality and service issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- assist in maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety codes, and company policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor daily activities to maintain food quality and cleanliness standards
- manage daily operations including cash control, financial reports, and schedules
- control food costs through recipe adherence, portion control, and inventory management
- control labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales performance
- perform other duties as assigned
