Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a leadership role
  • minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • ability to work flexible shifts and weekends
  • compliance with state mandated requirements for alcohol service where applicable
  • physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • ability to reach, handle, bend, stoop
  • good verbal communication skills
  • ability to use close and distance vision
  • ability to access all restaurant areas
  • adherence to safety and sanitation procedures according to CDC and local guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and laws
  • recruit, interview, and train employees
  • assign and direct work
  • appraise performance
  • reward and discipline employees
  • address complaints and resolve problems
  • coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
  • model professional behavior to create a warm and hospitable atmosphere
  • assist team members with job duties as needed
  • build store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
  • champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • meet and greet guests, resolving food quality and service issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
  • assist in maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety codes, and company policies
  • enforce safe work behaviors
  • monitor daily activities to maintain food quality and cleanliness standards
  • manage daily operations including cash control, financial reports, and schedules
  • control food costs through recipe adherence, portion control, and inventory management
  • control labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales performance
  • perform other duties as assigned
