Job Requirements

  • Experience managing a restaurant team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including days, openings, and closings

Job Duties

  • Lead a team of Department Managers with specific restaurant responsibilities
  • Help Department Managers set goals, follow up on progress, and provide mentoring and direction
  • Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure profitability
  • Ensure restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Manage scheduling flexibility to meet restaurant needs
  • Build and implement plans to achieve restaurant goals
