Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead a team of Department Managers with specific restaurant responsibilities
- Help Department Managers set goals, follow up on progress, and provide mentoring and direction
- Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure profitability
- Ensure restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Manage scheduling flexibility to meet restaurant needs
- Build and implement plans to achieve restaurant goals
