Job Requirements

  • Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants or bars
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • completion of Twin Peaks manager training program
  • ability to handle cash accurately including employee checkouts and bank deposits
  • knowledge of food and alcohol service certifications
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
  • willingness to adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • attendance at required training sessions
  • ability to maintain a professional appearance
  • compliance with harassment, fraternization, and drug and alcohol policies

Job Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants or bars

  • Spanish communication skills helpful
  • ability to handle standardized and variable situations
  • ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately
  • completion of Twin Peaks manager training program
  • knowledge of food and alcohol service regulations
  • strong organizational skills
  • effective coaching and motivational abilities
  • ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Follow proper Twin Peaks Girl Audition Guidelines
  • uphold standards of cleanliness per Health Code and Quality Assurance Checks
  • ensure alcohol is served responsibly and legally
  • drive sales through excellent operations and marketing
  • hold kitchen staff accountable to safety and sanitation
  • handle cash duties including drawers, checkouts, and deposits
  • handle discrimination or harassment issues properly
  • maintain an atmosphere free of poor performance and negative behavior
  • coach and counsel employees effectively
  • teach, motivate, and coach all team members
  • proactively recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls
  • ensure Steps of Service and P.E.A.K.S. service are followed
  • hold team members accountable to Image & Costume Guidelines
  • maintain and update training schedules and materials
  • execute training and development programs
  • manage Performance Based Scheduling
  • practice sound inventory control
  • dress and act professionally
