Job Duties

  • Work as part of a management team to provide an outstanding dining experience for Guests
  • Build and maintain operational excellence ensuring quality and consistency
  • Lead and develop team members through structured training and coaching
  • Collaborate to create a dynamic, friendly, fun, and fast-paced environment
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including guest service and team engagement
  • Participate in networking and community service opportunities
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage team development and motivation
