Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior leadership experience
  • minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
  • adherence to state mandated age requirements for alcohol serving positions
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds
  • ability to bend, stoop, and reach
  • good communication skills
  • availability to work weekends and varying shifts
  • ability to use vision and hearing effectively
  • ability to freely access all restaurant areas
  • willingness to follow CDC, local, and state safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Supervise restaurant staff according to company policies and laws
  • recruit, interview, and train employees
  • assign and direct work
  • appraise performance
  • reward and discipline employees
  • address complaints and resolve problems
  • coach and mentor team members to promote success and guest satisfaction
  • model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
  • assist team members with job duties as needed
  • assist in building store sales through marketing program execution
  • champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • meet and greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
  • assist in maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company safety policies
  • enforce safe work behaviors to maintain a safe environment
  • monitor activities to ensure food quality and cleanliness
  • control cash procedures and review financial reports
  • manage food and labor costs
  • perform all other assigned duties
