Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum of one year of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Successful completion of corporate training program
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts
  • Ability to train and mentor team members
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends

Job Duties

  • Drive sales and Guest delight

  • Manage performance of Team Members including conducting performance evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline
