Chicken N Pickle is a unique, indoor/outdoor family entertainment complex that combines a casual, chef-driven restaurant and sports bar with pickleball courts and professional instruction. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years management experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • knowledge of liquor laws and standards
  • proficiency with restaurant management software including POS and HotSchedules
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of high volume management experience
  • knowledge of food safety and liquor standards
  • familiarity with restaurant management software such as Point of Sale (POS) and HotSchedules
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • strong people skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to be flexible with large events, inclement weather, and availability to work holidays, weekends, and nights

Job Duties

  • Coordinate daily Front of House, Pickleball, and Back of House operations
  • supervise managers
  • control operational costs and identify areas to cut waste
  • hire and terminate team members with department managers
  • promote continuous growth among employees by training them on proper customer service techniques
  • ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards, as well as state and federal food and alcohol guidelines
  • manage restaurant's brand, actively respond to customer complaints, implement policies that create positive change within daily operations
  • encourage continuous skill development through training programs and online courses
  • participate in the active environment, with employees averaging around 10 thousand steps per day
