Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • prior experience in restaurant management
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • ability to manage a team effectively
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • capacity to maintain composure under pressure
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • availability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED
  • previous restaurant management experience
  • familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
  • ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
  • excellent management and leadership skills
  • strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • alcohol serving experience
  • previous experience in fast-food or full-service restaurant

Job Duties

  • Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant
  • hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
  • lead team in providing exceptional customer service
  • create and maintain a food and beverage budget
  • adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
  • provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
  • develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
