- Minimum of 2 years experience in polished casual or fine dining
- Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience preferred
- Strong and stable work history
- Wine knowledge preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties
- Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant department
- Foster inclusive environment and develop department associates
- Implement effective security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests
- Create memorable experiences for guests and engage in community outreach
- Manage department's profit and loss
- Build sales, increase profitability, and grow guest count
- Coach and train associates
- Ensure quality food and drink presentation according to standards
- Enforce safety and sanitation practices
- Live and promote company principles and beliefs as a role model
- Foster a passionate and fun team culture
