Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in polished casual or fine dining
  • Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience preferred
  • Strong and stable work history
  • Wine knowledge preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties

  • Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant department
  • Foster inclusive environment and develop department associates
  • Implement effective security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests
  • Create memorable experiences for guests and engage in community outreach
  • Manage department's profit and loss
  • Build sales, increase profitability, and grow guest count
  • Coach and train associates
  • Ensure quality food and drink presentation according to standards
  • Enforce safety and sanitation practices
  • Live and promote company principles and beliefs as a role model
  • Foster a passionate and fun team culture
