Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior leadership experience required
  • minimum two years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • ability to work various shifts and weekends
  • adherence to state alcohol serving age laws where applicable
  • physical ability to stand for entire shift
  • ability to lift 50 pounds
  • ability to perform required physical activities as outlined
  • able to access all restaurant areas
  • commitment to safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

  • Supervise according to company policies and applicable laws
  • recruit, interview, and train employees
  • assign and direct work
  • appraise performance

  • occasionally assist with job duties
  • assist in building store sales through marketing program execution
  • champion sales building activities and suggestive selling

  • meet and greet guests
  • investigate and resolve food quality/service issues
  • maintain efficient operations, cost control, and profit management
  • ensure OSHA, health, safety codes, and company policies are met
  • enforce safe work behaviors
  • monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
  • control cash, financial reports, and schedules
  • manage food costs via recipes, portion control, inventory
  • control labor costs using scheduling tools
  • perform other duties as assigned
