Job Requirements
- at least high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant management
- ability to work within a structured training program
- strong organizational skills
- capability to lead and motivate kitchen teams
- commitment to maintaining food quality and safety standards
- availability to work a 45-hour work week
