Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- Able to travel as needed for work-related functions and training
- Able to manage physical demands of fast-paced kitchen environment such as walking, standing, lifting and bending
- Able to use personal protective equipment
- Able to handle cash responsibly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic
- Able to recognize problems, set goals, and solve problems
Job Duties
- Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during a shift
- Act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
- Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
- Execute shift management meeting Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
- Use required tools, forms and logs to document results and take corrective action
- Direct crewmembers during a shift
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Utilize reward and recognition program for crewmembers
- Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval such as discounts and timeclock overrides
- Ensure cleanliness and good working order of the restaurant
- Complete other duties as assigned
