  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including familiarity with industry trends and customer preferences
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on driving revenue and profitability while maintaining cost control measures
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed

Job Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining high standards of service

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales and revenue, while ensuring cost control and profitability
