Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum 2-3 years restaurant experience
- required to read and write English, follow and assign verbal and written instructions, and use math
- training in all aspects of the restaurant and carry out including waiting tables, prep work, steam and pizza
- thorough knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures
- ability to speak Spanish a plus
Job Duties
- Shape the culture of the restaurant and work towards high team member engagement and guest satisfaction
- assist with achieving all budgeted financial goals including income, sales, and costs
- assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and developing team members
- maintain team member performance appraisals, discipline, and termination
- work with team members to create a positive guest experience and assist with guest needs
- schedule team members efficiently and cost-effectively
- implement and supervise responsible and ethical cash management including checkout, balancing, and daily cash deposit
- coordinate special events, drop-off catering, and carry out orders
- implement store promotions
- maintain inventory, purchasing, and receiving
- ensure sanitation and cleanliness guidelines are followed
- monitor and maintain high quality of service and food
- supervise repair and maintenance of the store
- report and address safety concerns
- provide timely feedback to supervisors regarding service failures or guest concerns
- prepare location based on daily business needs including kitchen, food prep, cleanliness, and staffing
- attend required meetings
- delegate responsibilities with approval
- perform any other assigned responsibilities
