Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of experience in the food service industry as a server or bartender
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage labor laws compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work 45-50 hours weekly

  • Two years experience as a server or bartender, preferably with training experience and leadership responsibilities
  • Positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor
  • Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
  • Ability to work 45-50 hours a week
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure success of guest service and guest experience
  • Cost control, food, bar, labor, ordering and inventory
  • Oversee staff before, during and after service
  • Provide training and coaching of standards
  • Shift planning, and scheduling of staff for anticipated business flow
  • Ensure labor law compliance
  • Perform opening and/or closing duties of the restaurant
  • Coach and motivate team, to support and align with company culture and business needs
  • Implementing specials and marketing initiatives, scheduling and inventory
  • Assist in interviewing and orientation of new team members
