Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of one year experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality management role
  • ability to work full-time with flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to handle ordering and inventory functions
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • coach and develop team members through effective feedback and training
  • oversee daily restaurant operations including ordering, inventory, and kitchen coordination
  • maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • build strong relationships with guests and team members to foster a positive work environment
  • handle scheduling ensuring coverage across flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • drive organizational goals and meet deadlines by maintaining focus and operational efficiency
