Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of restaurant or related hospitality management experience
  • ability to work full-time with flexible schedule including nights and weekends
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • willingness to master all restaurant positions
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • experience managing a large team
  • knowledge of inventory and ordering processes

Job Qualifications

  • One or more years of high-volume restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • excellent organizational and deadline-oriented capabilities
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office software
  • experience managing large teams
  • knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory ordering, and control
  • effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • humble and eager to learn in a dynamic restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • coach team members by providing effective feedback and development opportunities
  • oversee daily restaurant operations including inventory management and ordering
  • maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • handle scheduling and staffing to ensure coverage during nights, weekends, and holidays
  • build and maintain positive relationships with guests and team members
  • master every position in the restaurant to support team training and operational efficiency
