Job Duties
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- create a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- build store sales through execution of corporate and local marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues ensuring 100% guest satisfaction
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and security policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control day-to-day operations including cash control and reviewing financial reports
- manage food and labor costs through inventory, recipes, and scheduling tools
- perform all other duties as assigned
