  • minimum of 2 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant strongly preferred
  • college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • recruit, interview, and train employees
  • assign and direct work
  • appraise performance
  • reward and discipline employees
  • address complaints and resolve problems
  • coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
  • create a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
  • assist team members with job duties as needed
  • build store sales through execution of corporate and local marketing programs
  • champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues ensuring 100% guest satisfaction
  • maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and security policies
  • enforce safe work behaviors
  • monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
  • control day-to-day operations including cash control and reviewing financial reports
  • manage food and labor costs through inventory, recipes, and scheduling tools
  • perform all other duties as assigned
