Job Requirements

  • Working holidays and weekends is typically required
  • the work schedule typically requires approximately 50 hours per week
  • outgoing, enthusiastic, organized and dependable
  • must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to perform without supervision
  • able to use a computer to record unit data
  • able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
  • a valid driver’s license is required

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of restaurant experience with at least one of the years at management level
  • preference will be given to applicants with a high school diploma

Job Duties

  • Hire, inspire, train, develop, terminate, and discipline team members
  • supervise and direct employee work
  • ensure consistent achievement of food quality, taste, presentation, guest service, and safety standards
  • maintain the unit’s cleanliness and sanitation
  • engage with guests to ensure pleasant experiences
  • work throughout the restaurant in various positions
  • monitor and order inventory and supplies
  • record sales, expenses, payroll, and other financial records
  • deliver cash deposits to the local depository bank
  • create and adhere to the unit’s budget
  • coordinate local area marketing activities
  • understand and adhere to employment and food service laws and regulations
