Job Requirements
- Working holidays and weekends is typically required
- the work schedule typically requires approximately 50 hours per week
- outgoing, enthusiastic, organized and dependable
- must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to perform without supervision
- able to use a computer to record unit data
- able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
- a valid driver’s license is required
Job Qualifications
- Two years of restaurant experience with at least one of the years at management level
- preference will be given to applicants with a high school diploma
Job Duties
- Hire, inspire, train, develop, terminate, and discipline team members
- supervise and direct employee work
- ensure consistent achievement of food quality, taste, presentation, guest service, and safety standards
- maintain the unit’s cleanliness and sanitation
- engage with guests to ensure pleasant experiences
- work throughout the restaurant in various positions
- monitor and order inventory and supplies
- record sales, expenses, payroll, and other financial records
- deliver cash deposits to the local depository bank
- create and adhere to the unit’s budget
- coordinate local area marketing activities
- understand and adhere to employment and food service laws and regulations
