Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years experience in hospitality, preferably in leadership or training roles
  • ability to work flexible hours and weekends
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of labor laws and cost control measures
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years experience as a server or bartender, preferably with training experience and leadership responsibilities
  • positive, friendly and approachable demeanor
  • passion for delivering excellent service
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work 45-50 hours a week
  • strong work ethic
  • motivated to succeed and grow

Job Duties

  • ensure success of guest service and guest experience
  • cost control, food, bar, labor, ordering and inventory
  • oversee staff before, during and after service
  • provide training and coaching of standards
  • shift planning and scheduling of staff for anticipated business flow
  • ensure labor law compliance
  • perform opening and/or closing duties of the restaurant
  • coach and motivate team, to support and align with company culture and business needs
  • implementing specials and marketing initiatives, scheduling and inventory
  • assist in interviewing and orientation of new team members
