Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must complete Restaurant Manager training classes
  • Must be ServSafe certified
  • Ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of shift
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as a First Assistant Manager for internal promotion
  • Minimum of 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
  • ServSafe certification
  • Proficient in English communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
  • Monitor staffing levels and implement training systems
  • Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to deliver excellent guest service and food quality
  • Respond to guest concerns and complaints in a timely manner
  • Utilize operational and financial data to analyze performance and implement improvement plans
