Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of management experience in a service-focused environment with full profit and loss responsibility
- must be at least 18 years old
- ServSafe certification
- proficiency in English communication
- basic math skills
- computer literacy
- physical ability to lift up to 65 lbs and stand for extended periods
- valid driver’s license and personal vehicle access
- flexibility to work varied schedules
- strong customer service orientation
- proven leadership capability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience managing a service concept with full profit and loss responsibility
- at least 18 years old
- ServSafe certified
- ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- ability to perform and understand basic math concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- proficiency with personal computers and related software applications
- ability to lift up to 65 lbs and be on your feet for the majority of a shift
- valid driver’s license, insurance, and use of a personal vehicle to make bank deposits and travel to other locations as needed
- ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule
- exceptional customer service skills

Job Duties
- Effectively execute the Jack in the Box systems and processes at your location with accountability and discretion
- respond to guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- prioritize excellent reputation in cleanliness, food quality, and safety
- recruit, select, build, train, coach, and lead the team ensuring exceptional service
- treat all employees with respect and dignity and act as an excellent role model
- adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities with positivity
- build restaurant sales and profits while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- analyze operational and financial performance and make changes accordingly
- monitor costs and adhere to budget and goals
- continuously seek improvement and take feedback seriously
- maintain a mindset of running a location that others would like to emulate
