Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • One or more years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to travel as needed for work-related functions and training
  • Completion of all required Raising Cane's company training programs
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Flexible and highly energetic

Job Qualifications

  • One or more years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Flexible and highly energetic
  • Completion of all required Raising Cane's company training programs

Job Duties

  • Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during shifts
  • Act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
  • Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
  • Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
  • Execute shift management meetings that meet Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
  • Use required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results, and take corrective action when needed
  • Direct crewmembers during shifts
  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Utilize reward and recognition programs for crewmembers
  • Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval such as discounts, promotions, and timeclock overrides
  • Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and maintain the facility in good working order
  • Complete other duties as assigned
