Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years management experience in upscale casual dining restaurant
  • A degree in hospitality management or similar is preferred
  • Ability to coach and develop team members
  • Strong passion for hospitality and service
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation
  • Working knowledge of local and national health codes
  • Excellent communication
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Oversee front of house operations including dining room bar and guest services
  • Lead coach and train service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage daily floor operations reservations and guest flow
  • Ensure compliance with company standards health and safety regulations
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism discretion and solutions-focused thinking
  • Collaborate with back of house leadership to ensure seamless service
  • Assist with scheduling labor management and inventory as needed
