Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of restaurant management experience
  • ability to work morning shifts
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to motivate and manage a team
  • flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, full-service environment
  • ability to lead the restaurant confidently in the absence of the General Manager
  • hands-on leadership experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house
  • strong back-of-house leadership experience preferred
  • demonstrated upward career trajectory
  • passion for hospitality
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • commitment to team development and continuous improvement

Job Duties

  • lead and manage daily restaurant operations
  • oversee front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality
  • manage staff schedules and training
  • handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • maintain inventory and control costs
  • support and mentor team members to foster growth and accountability
