Job Requirements
- Prior experience in restaurant management or leadership roles
- Minimum 2 years experience in a high volume restaurant environment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible schedules
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to stand continuously during an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable bending, reaching, and moving quickly
- Possession of Food Handler's card
- Possession of Alcohol Server Training Permit
- Willingness to obtain Certified Food Protection Manager Certification
- High energy and proactive attitude
- Passion for food
- Ability to work effectively in diverse teams and under stress
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a restaurant assistant manager, general manager, supervisor, shift lead, crew lead, or team lead
- Minimum 2 years experience in a high volume restaurant environment
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
- Strong understanding of front of house and back of house operations
- Possession of Food Handler's card
- Possession of Alcohol Server Training Permit
- Certified Food Protection Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain post-hire)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Culinary school background is a plus
- Ability to work under stress and adapt to fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Demonstrate and uphold company core values at all times
- Directly supervise and support team members across all shifts
- Lead the hiring process including interviewing, hiring decisions, and onboarding paperwork
- Oversee daily operations of Front of House and Back of House with focus on labor and food cost control, profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth
- Monitor staffing, inventory, food costs, and labor, making timely adjustments
- Review business reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory agencies and internal policies
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training as needed
- Report store performance regularly to supervisor
- Anticipate and resolve employee or store-level issues promptly
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and team training
- Create and maintain daily schedules for adequate coverage
- Be on-call to manage call-outs and ensure coverage
- Uphold customer service standards by responding to guest complaints respectfully and promptly
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership and HR
- Lead by example ensuring alignment with company values
- Oversee maintenance of restaurant equipment and ensure tools function safely
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary
