Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience managing people in a mid-size full-service restaurant environment
- Demonstrated experience running day-to-day restaurant operations not just floor supervision
- Strong understanding of hospitality fundamentals including service standards guest recovery and team engagement
- Proven ability to schedule train and develop front-of-house teams
- Experience working in event-driven or destination dining environments strongly preferred
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced high-expectation setting with multiple service demands
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on leadership style with a visible presence on the floor

Job Duties
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations including service flow staffing floor management and guest experience
- Manage and lead front-of-house teams with clear expectations around service standards professionalism and accountability
- Create and manage schedules aligned with business levels events and labor goals
- Maintain operational standards for opening closing cash handling and shift execution
- Partner closely with culinary and events leadership to align service execution with menus timelines and event details
- Lead pre-shifts training sessions and ongoing coaching to ensure consistency in service delivery
- Monitor guest feedback resolve issues in real time and uphold a high level of hospitality
- Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and company policies
- Support inventory oversight ordering processes and basic cost awareness related to front-of-house operations
