Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with recipe and scheduling software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven customer service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Qualifications

- At least three years of restaurant management or hospitality leadership experience, preferably in senior living
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office products including Word and Excel
- Experience with recipe and scheduling software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills
Job Duties
- Guide and develop staff to achieve a culture of excellence
- Oversee front and back of house restaurant operations
- Ensure an exceptional and fulfilling dining experience for guests
- Coordinate with the dining services team to maintain service quality
- Manage scheduling and recipe software for efficient operations
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Maintain organizational and operational standards
