Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience working with recipe and scheduling software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proven customer service orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least three years of restaurant management or hospitality leadership experience, preferably in senior living
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office products including Word and Excel
  • Experience with recipe and scheduling software
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills

Job Duties

  • Guide and develop staff to achieve a culture of excellence
  • Oversee front and back of house restaurant operations
  • Ensure an exceptional and fulfilling dining experience for guests
  • Coordinate with the dining services team to maintain service quality
  • Manage scheduling and recipe software for efficient operations
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Maintain organizational and operational standards
