Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining
- able to stand for entire shift and walk long periods without rest
- capable of pushing, lifting, carrying, and transferring up to 50 pounds
- able to reach, handle, finger objects and tools
- able to bend and stoop
- able to taste and smell
- able to verbally communicate
- able to use close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjust focus
- able to access all restaurant areas including selling floor, stock, and register
- available to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements where applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise staff according to company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior while creating a hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with duties as needed
- assist with building store sales by executing marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, and safety codes
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control day-to-day operations including cash control, security procedures, reviewing financial reports, and scheduling
- control food costs with recipe adherence, portion control, and inventory management
- manage labor costs using company scheduling tools
- perform all other assigned duties
