Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years of restaurant management experience
  • Experience managing mid-size full-service restaurant operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands
  • Knowledge of health safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to manage scheduling and labor costs
  • Proficiency in handling cash and operational standards
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of experience managing people in a mid-size full-service restaurant environment
  • Demonstrated experience running day-to-day restaurant operations not just floor supervision
  • Strong understanding of hospitality fundamentals including service standards guest recovery and team engagement
  • Proven ability to schedule train and develop front-of-house teams
  • Experience working in event-driven or destination dining environments strongly preferred
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced high-expectation setting with multiple service demands
  • Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
  • A hands-on leadership style with a visible presence on the floor

Job Duties

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations including service flow staffing floor management and guest experience
  • Manage and lead front-of-house teams with clear expectations around service standards professionalism and accountability
  • Create and manage schedules aligned with business levels events and labor goals
  • Maintain operational standards for opening closing cash handling and shift execution
  • Partner closely with culinary and events leadership to align service execution with menus timelines and event details
  • Lead pre-shifts training sessions and ongoing coaching to ensure consistency in service delivery
  • Monitor guest feedback resolve issues in real time and uphold a high level of hospitality
  • Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and company policies
  • Support inventory oversight ordering processes and basic cost awareness related to front-of-house operations
