Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • excellent organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction and business excellence
  • manage and develop restaurant staff including scheduling, training, and coaching
  • maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and sanitation standards
  • oversee inventory control and cost management
  • foster a positive team culture focused on service quality and results
  • collaborate with General Manager on strategic initiatives and operational goals
  • ensure adherence to COVID-19 safety protocols
