Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in a server or bartender role
- Experience in training and leadership preferred
- Ability to work extended hours of 45-50 hours per week
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have a positive and friendly attitude
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Compliance with labor laws and company policies

- Two years of experience as a server or bartender, preferably with training and leadership responsibilities

Job Duties
- Ensure success of guest service and guest experience
- Cost control, food, bar, labor, ordering and inventory
- Oversee staff before, during and after service
- Provide training and coaching of standards
- Shift planning, and scheduling of staff for anticipated business flow
- Ensure labor law compliance
- Perform opening and/or closing duties of the restaurant
- Coach and motivate team, to support and align with company culture and business needs
- Implementing specials and marketing initiatives, scheduling and inventory
- Assist in interviewing and orientation of new team members
