Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of experience in a server or bartender role
  • Experience in training and leadership preferred
  • Ability to work extended hours of 45-50 hours per week
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have a positive and friendly attitude
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Compliance with labor laws and company policies

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of experience as a server or bartender, preferably with training and leadership responsibilities
  • Positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work 45-50 hours per week
  • Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
  • Passion for delivering excellent guest service

Job Duties

  • Ensure success of guest service and guest experience
  • Cost control, food, bar, labor, ordering and inventory
  • Oversee staff before, during and after service
  • Provide training and coaching of standards
  • Shift planning, and scheduling of staff for anticipated business flow
  • Ensure labor law compliance
  • Perform opening and/or closing duties of the restaurant
  • Coach and motivate team, to support and align with company culture and business needs
  • Implementing specials and marketing initiatives, scheduling and inventory
  • Assist in interviewing and orientation of new team members
