Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum 2 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- ability to work various shifts and weekends
- physical ability to stand for entire shift and walk long periods
- ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach with hands
- ability to use hands for manipulating objects and controls
- ability to bend and stoop
- ability to taste and smell
- ability to verbally communicate
- ability to use close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjust focus
- ability to access all restaurant areas
- willingness to comply with safety and sanitation procedures according to CDC, local, and state guidelines
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise employees in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work

- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction

- execute corporate and local marketing programs

- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost controls and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor daily activities for food quality and cleanliness
- control day-to-day operations including cash control and financial reporting
- control food costs through recipes, portion control, and inventory management
- control labor costs via scheduling tools
- perform all other duties as assigned
