Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of restaurant management experience
  • ability to lead the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager
  • hands-on leadership experience in both FOH and BOH
  • strong BOH leadership experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations
  • inspire and develop the restaurant team or Krewe

  • oversee inventory and supply management
  • handle scheduling and labor management
