Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience
- ability to lead the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager
- hands-on leadership experience in both FOH and BOH
- strong BOH leadership experience preferred

Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations
- inspire and develop the restaurant team or Krewe
- ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
- manage both front-of-house and back-of-house staff

- oversee inventory and supply management
- handle scheduling and labor management
