- 5+ years of experience in food and beverage operations
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- High level of computer literacy
- Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Job Duties
- Maintain positive guest relationships through table visits and feedback
- Train and convey brand clarity across menu, wine, and beverage knowledge
- Promote a positive work environment through hiring, engagement, and staffing
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards, including responsible alcohol service and sanitation
- Drive financial goals with support from the Director of Operations
- Execute daily reporting, inventory controls, and menu requirements
- Lead team accountability for service standards and provide necessary tools for success
- Interview, hire, train, and develop team members according to Levy guidelines
- Foster communication through regular meetings and a cooperative work climate
