  • 5+ years of experience in food and beverage operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain positive guest relationships through table visits and feedback
  • Train and convey brand clarity across menu, wine, and beverage knowledge
  • Promote a positive work environment through hiring, engagement, and staffing
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards, including responsible alcohol service and sanitation
  • Drive financial goals with support from the Director of Operations
  • Execute daily reporting, inventory controls, and menu requirements
  • Lead team accountability for service standards and provide necessary tools for success
  • Interview, hire, train, and develop team members according to Levy guidelines
  • Foster communication through regular meetings and a cooperative work climate
