Job Duties
- Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforce compliance with all employment policies and oversee cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
- provide or direct all Front of House training
- manage performance of Front of House employees including performance evaluations and coaching
- manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
- enforce applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- assist in employee development through daily feedback and coaching
- review applications, conduct interviews, and recommend hiring of Front and Back of House employees
- set schedules, assign tasks, and direct work for employees
- create a fun and safe environment using core values and operational goals
- manage and practice safe food handling procedures
