  • prior experience in restaurant management
  • strong leadership skills

  • knowledge of liquor laws
  • ability to manage multiple priorities

  • capable of conducting interviews and hiring staff
  • proficiency in managing employee performance and training

Job Qualifications

  • previous restaurant management experience preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills

  • knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties

  • Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforce compliance with all employment policies and oversee cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
  • provide or direct all Front of House training
  • manage performance of Front of House employees including performance evaluations and coaching
  • manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
  • enforce applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • assist in employee development through daily feedback and coaching
  • review applications, conduct interviews, and recommend hiring of Front and Back of House employees
  • set schedules, assign tasks, and direct work for employees
  • create a fun and safe environment using core values and operational goals
  • manage and practice safe food handling procedures
