Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • At least 2 years of management operations experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service
  • Capacity to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Successful previous restaurant management experience in a fast food setting
  • Strong skills in coaching and training
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Well-developed organization and planning skills
  • Ability to accomplish sales and profit goals
  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • At least 2 years of management operations experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties

  • Managing the operations and restaurant staff
  • Deliver high quality products in a clean, professional and safe environment
  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • Create and manage staff schedules
  • Interview, hire, train and write-up staff
  • Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant
  • Management level openings range from shift managers, assistant managers, general managers
