Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- two years of management operations experience in the restaurant, hospitality industry or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties
- Managing the operations and restaurant staff
- deliver high quality products in a clean, professional and safe environment
- maintain day-to-day financial controls
- create and manage staff schedules
- interview, hire, train and write-up staff
- exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant
- management level openings range from shift managers, assistant managers, general managers
