Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to stand and walk entire shifts
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to manage multiple projects
- knowledge of food safety and labor cost control
- compliance with alcohol service age requirements where applicable

Job Duties

- enforce safe work behaviors
