Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends
  • Complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to recognize problems and convert plans into action
  • Willingness to travel for work-related functions and training

  • Experience in restaurant or retail management for 1+ years
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during a shift
  • Act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
  • Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
  • Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
  • Execute shift management meeting Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
  • Use required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when needed
  • Direct crewmembers during a shift
  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Utilize reward and recognition program for crewmembers
  • Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
  • Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and upkeep of the facility
  • Complete other duties as assigned
