Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related hospitality role
- Ability to work no more than 50 hours per week and maintain a work-life balance
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
