Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related hospitality role
  • Ability to work no more than 50 hours per week and maintain a work-life balance
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Commitment to maintaining safety and sanitation protocols
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying operational demands

Job Duties

  • Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of quality and service

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve financial and operational goals
  • Provide exceptional guest service and promptly address customer feedback

  • Monitor inventory and manage budgets effectively
