Job Duties

  • Provide operational leadership to ensure quality and consistency across all service areas
  • lead and motivate team members to achieve outstanding guest satisfaction
  • manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling and resource allocation
  • support training and development programs for team members
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • monitor inventory and control costs effectively
