Job Duties
- Provide operational leadership to ensure quality and consistency across all service areas
- lead and motivate team members to achieve outstanding guest satisfaction
- manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling and resource allocation
- support training and development programs for team members
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- monitor inventory and control costs effectively
