Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use scheduling and inventory management software
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a restaurant manager or similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • Experience in hiring training and staff development
  • Familiarity with inventory management and cost control
  • Proven track record of driving sales and improving guest satisfaction
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
  • Reviewing applications interviewing and hiring or recommending hires
  • Directing work for employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks
  • Driving sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
  • Providing directing and scheduling front of house and back of house training
  • Supervising and overseeing production and preparation of food consistent with established recipes and procedures
  • Conducting formal line taste and temps
  • Enforcing security measures to maintain safety of employees and guests
  • Managing food supplies and liquor costs through weekly inventory
  • Understanding managing and practicing safe food handling procedures
  • Creating a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
