Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in restaurant or food service management
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • excellent organizational skills
  • good problem-solving abilities

Job Qualifications

  • proven leadership experience in restaurant management
  • strong communication and coaching skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • previous experience with financial management including budgeting and forecasting
  • commitment to fostering a positive team culture
  • high school diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
