Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in bar or restaurant management preferred
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- strong manual dexterity
- effective auditory and visual abilities
- capacity to follow written and oral instructions
- reliable and punctual
- able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Experience in bar management or a supervisory role within a restaurant setting
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- passion for hospitality and guest service excellence
Job Duties
- Assisting with leading the front of the house and the back of the house team
- developing all team members and holding them accountable to our highest standards
- execution of taste plate to ensure the highest quality of food product at all times
- monitor and ensure proper compliance of safety, sanitation and health standards
- implementation and management of all Thunderdome Restaurant Groups standards and expectations
- ensures exceptional service to our guests at all times
