Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • ability to work a 45-hour work week
  • no late night bar hours
  • effective leadership skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 plus years of restaurant management experience
  • kitchen leadership experience preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • passion for hospitality and customer service
  • familiarity with restaurant safety and sanitation standards
  • willingness to participate in comprehensive management training program

Job Duties

  • manage back of house kitchen teams
  • oversee assistant manager roles and duties
  • participate as a member of the restaurant kitchen management team
  • lead kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation
  • implement company standards for guest service and team member training
  • maintain kitchen safety and sanitation protocols
  • support the development and training of team members
