Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience preferred
- ability to work a 45-hour work week
- no late night bar hours
- effective leadership skills
- excellent communication abilities
- legal eligibility to work in the United States

- kitchen leadership experience preferred

Job Duties
- manage back of house kitchen teams
- oversee assistant manager roles and duties
- participate as a member of the restaurant kitchen management team
- lead kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation
- implement company standards for guest service and team member training
- maintain kitchen safety and sanitation protocols
- support the development and training of team members
