Job Duties
- Manage the restaurant according to company policies and procedures
- direct employee activities to maximize sales, efficiency, and profit
- provide appropriate training and resources for employee safety
- ensure compliance with safety standards for contractors, customers, and visitors
- achieve company standards for cleanliness, hospitality, product quality, and speed of service
- implement controls to protect employee and company security
- coordinate recruitment and team member selection using company systems
- forecast and schedule labor within budget
- train and develop team members to meet performance standards
- monitor performance and take corrective action
- report competitive activity and operational issues to the Area Manager or Owner
- build and maintain sales through local marketing and customer service
- perform other duties as required
