Job Duties

  • Lead through service and support the team
  • Maintain team and guest focus on every shift
  • Partner with management and team members to achieve common goals
  • Coach and train staff following company policies and service standards
  • Engage with guests to exceed expectations and build relationships
  • Ensure compliance with health department and sanitation standards
  • Manage shift safety and uphold safety policies
  • Oversee food preparation and serving to meet company standards
  • Support achievement of sales, food cost, labor cost, and operating expense objectives
  • Conduct team meetings and assist in schedule preparation
  • Perform duties assigned by General or Assistant General Manager
