Job Duties
- Lead through service and support the team
- Maintain team and guest focus on every shift
- Partner with management and team members to achieve common goals
- Coach and train staff following company policies and service standards
- Engage with guests to exceed expectations and build relationships
- Ensure compliance with health department and sanitation standards
- Manage shift safety and uphold safety policies
- Oversee food preparation and serving to meet company standards
- Support achievement of sales, food cost, labor cost, and operating expense objectives
- Conduct team meetings and assist in schedule preparation
- Perform duties assigned by General or Assistant General Manager
